TCEP ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING 2021 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

We're still living in a semi-virtual world, but we want to promote YOUR COMPANY to our Emergency Physician members!
While we were unable to host our full annual CONNECT conference this year, we are still hosting our Annual Business Meeting as a hybrid event for our members. We will have our TCEP Board and several other members attending in-person in Austin, while others join us via Zoom. Following the Business Meeting, we will also hold a TCEP Board of Directors meeting.
With this new format, we created several sponsorship opportunities that will allow you to promote your company during these important meetings, and build brand recognition with our members!
Please review the Sponsorship Opportunities below:
- TCEP Annual Business Meeting Sponsor: $1,000
- TCEP Board Meeting Sponsor: $750
- Breakfast Sponsor (for TCEP Board and in-person attendees): $1,000
- Lunch Sponsor (for TCEP Board and in-person attendees): $1,500
- Promotional Product Sponsor: $150
Each sponsorship above includes: company recognition on TCEP website, during Business or Board meeting, and on social media. The top 4 sponsorships include a registration list following the event - names and emails of all attendees. Promotional product sponsor = you may send brochures, flyers, etc to our office to arrive no later than Thursday, January 24th, and they will be given out to all in-person attendees.
