Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

The following policy was approved by the TCEP Board of Directors on January 30, 2021:

Diversity. Inclusion. Equity. These are more than just words for the Texas College of Emergency Physicians. These words are part of our guiding principles, our attitude, and our motivation. Diversity, inclusion and equity gives strength to our organization. We strive to develop and support policies and ensure leadership reflective of these principles. We are committed to building an inclusive culture that encourages the diverse voices of our members, making every member feel equal and valued.

TCEP is committed to use our platforms to promote diversity, inclusion and equity in the leadership, the workforce, and the practice of emergency medicine in Texas.
