Child Care – $40/child

Looking forward to unwinding with friends and colleagues during Saturday's Anniversary Celebration and Carnival, but concerned about childcare? TCEP has you covered! We're delighted to provide on-site childcare (first-come, first-serve) from 7 - 10 p.m. on Saturday, April 20. It's the perfect opportunity to relish both family fun and adult-time, all conveniently located in one place. Your kids will have a blast with light snacks, water, engaging games, and movies while you enjoy some well-deserved time with your peers.  

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received prior to March 31, 2024 will receive a 75% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 31. Please submit cancellation notifications in writing to Jill Sutton.

Notice of Assistance
