Call for Applications: Medical Student Committee (MSC)

TCEP is excited to announce the opening of our Call for Applications for the 2024 - 2025 Medical Student Committee (MSC). Led by Emergency Medicine-bound medical students, the MSC aims to link medical students passionate about Emergency Medicine with opportunities and resources that will provide increased education on EM topics, assist in navigating the Residency Match process, and foster more competitive EM applicants.

Applications are being accepted for the following positions:

  • Chair (MS3 or MS4)
  • Secretary-Editor
  • Advocacy Coordinator
  • Project Coordinator
  • Social Media Coordinator

Please review the duties and responsibilities of MSC leadership positions closely before submitting your online application. 

Application Requirements:

  1. Completed online application form, submitted by February 27, 2024. Application must include:
    1. Current curriculum vitae (CV); and,
    2. Current headshot; and,
    3. Letter of Intent.

MSC Leadership Requirements:

  • Active member of TCEP/ACEP (throughout term)
  • Currently enrolled in a Texas medical school
