The El Paso shooting continues to be on my mind. I spent three years training in emergency medicine in El Paso. My wife grew up in El Paso. My daughter frequently visits El Paso to spend time with her grandparents and cousins. Legislative Update

With the session behind us, we are currently engaged in the rule making processes that pertain to new laws that have been passed.  For example, last month TCEP provided written commentary to the Texas Department of Insurance relating to the state’s new balance billing law.
