   Emphasis is a bimonthly publication that is produced and mailed out to the entire TCEP membership and to the national ACEP office for distribution to all state chapter offices and presidents. This publication contains an article from the current TCEP President, the Legislative Chair and various articles from the Reimbursement Committee, Membership Committee and the Candidate Board Member. Advertising is made available to members and other parties. For advertising information, refer to the Emphasis Advertising Contract. This contract will list all advertising sizes with costs and multiple advertising costs.
